UK : Chief Secretary inaugurates Dehradun Campus of IIM Kashipur

Dehradun: Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan performed the *Bhoomi Pujan* (groundbreaking ceremony) for the #Dehradun #campus of the #Indian #Institute of #Management (IIM) Kashipur on Wednesday. He expressed happiness over the establishment of the #IIM #Kashipur campus in #Dehradun. The #Chief #Secretary stated that the opening of this campus would provide students from the state and the region with better opportunities to receive high-quality education in the field of management. It will enable students to pursue various management-related courses within their own region. He remarked that there is no shortage of talent among the state’s youth; the availability of top-tier educational institutions will help them develop their capabilities and capitalize on new opportunities. Officials from relevant departments and IIM Kashipur—including IIM Kashipur Director Prof. Neeraj Dwivedi and Devendra Prakash, Chief Engineer of the executing agency CPWD Dehradun—were present on the occasion.
