Rishikesh: Two-day conference of National Medicos Organization duly concluded

RISHIKESH : The two-day conference of the National Medicos Organization duly concluded on Sunday. On this occasion, the speakers said in their lectures that it is important to have compassion and kindness in the medical profession. During this, the winning doctors and medical students who participated in various competitions were honored.

Addressing the closing session on the second day of the NMO conference organized in the main auditorium of AIIMS, Rishikesh, senior campaigner of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and guide of NMO, Ramesh Pappaji said that the doctors associated with this organization are also inspired by the Sangh for social service and service to the nation. Does. He said that since doctors are a part of the society, they have to be always ready to serve the society and the country through health care.Dr. Ashish Gautam, President of Divya Prem Mission Haridwar, threw detailed light on the unique efforts of service and said that people consider doctors as God, hence while adopting the field of health care, we should have a feeling of love for every patient.

Dr. Markandey Ahuja said that kindness, service and compassion are of paramount importance in the medical profession and said that NMO organization looks at all people equally with these sentiments. Dr. Chintamani presented various examples on the subject of Guru-disciple tradition in the medical field and explained the meaning of Vidya and Avidya. He told that we learn something from every mistake and this gives us an opportunity to improve ourselves.Executive Director of AIIMS Rishikesh, Professor Dr. Meenu Singh described this two-day national convention as successful and meaningful and congratulated NMO for this event. She expressed hope that after getting energy from the convention, the participating students will join public health services with determination in their respective areas.

The concluding session was also addressed by National President of NMO Dr. CB Tripathi, Organizing Chairperson of the convention Dr. Himanshu Airan, Organizing Secretary Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh. On this occasion, Delhi AIIMS Director Dr. M. Srinivas, Dr. Ashwini Tandon, Dr. OP Mahajan, Dr. Akshat Dhariwal, Dr. Puneet Aggarwal, Dr. Dhanakar, Dr. Ravikant, Dr. Manoj Gupta, Organizing Committee Chairman Dr. Medical scientists and students from various medical colleges including Pankaj Sharma, Dr. Anupama Bahadur, Dr. Bharatbhai Amin, Dr. Sushil Sharma, Dr. Anuj Singhal, Dr. Amit Tyagi, Dr. Aman Bhardwaj were present.

The General Assembly of the Organization was held on the second day of the National Convention of NMO. In which mainly four resolutions were passed. Secretary of the organization, Dr. Ashwini Tandon said that in the meeting, the Government of India agreed to the proposal of giving free HPP vaccine to adolescent girls for the treatment of cervical cancer and decided to fully support it. The second proposal involves providing security to doctors at the workplace during their service period.
The related bill brought in the Lok Sabha was appreciated, the third proposal includes the proposal to take forward the de-addiction campaign in the country and implement it strongly for a drug-free India and the fourth proposal includes linking digital health and artificial intelligence technology in medical education etc. . He told that the next session of NMO will be held in Rajasthan.

During the two-day NMO convention, various competitions were organized in which doctors and medical students participated enthusiastically. At the conclusion of the function, the top participants were awarded prizes by the organization. In which Dr. Pradyuman Singh stood first in the scientific paper presentation of doctors, Dr. Diya Dhanatra of Gujarat stood first in the e-poster presentation, and the natural team stood first in the Rangoli competition. Whereas in the medical quiz, Dr. Ramesh Baseri of Karnataka got the first position. Dr. Aarushi and Sonu Saurabh were the first winners in the dental quiz. Dr. Mahesh won in the cultural competition and Rajneesh Jhinjha won in the students’ paper presentation. The program was conducted by Dr. Aman Bhardwaj.
