Rishikesh: Rajyogini VK Shivani ji from the spiritual institution Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya arrived at Parmarth Niketan. Rishikumars and Acharyas of Parmarth Gurukul welcomed her with conch sound and Vedic mantras. Met Parmarth Niketan President Swami Chidananda Saraswati ji and Jiva’s International General Secretary Sadhvi Bhagwati Saraswati ji and participated in the world famous Parmarth Niketan Ganga Aarti. Her  program will be held on May 3 at 6:30 am at Ashirwad Vatika on Haridwar Road.

Swami Chidanand Saraswati said that Shivani ji is an excellent example of spiritual discipline. Her life, her words, her speeches brought a remarkable change in the lives of many. Spiritual discipline is a beautiful art of living which was developed by our sages many centuries ago. Swami said that patience is very important in life which leads us to eternal peace and harmony and also cleans mental pollution. In the present times, pollution of speech, thought and air is increasing at a rapid pace, so our sages understood the importance of mental cleanliness and concluded that unnecessary pollutants can be cleaned from the body and soul by regular practice of yoga and meditation and a universal consciousness can be awakened through this. Swami said that in the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Shri Krishna says, “Samatvam Yoga Uchyate” i.e. yoga is a balanced state. Yoga develops a relationship of unity between man and nature. It takes us back to our blissful state. A sustainable lifestyle filled with gratitude requires the presence of human values ​​of joy and peace. Pujya Adi Shankaracharya dedicated most of his time to the continuation of Gyan Yoga and Raj Yoga. He devoted a major part of his life to the development of yogic cultures and gave the message of meditation to all of us to remove negative thoughts from the mind. Rajyogini Shivani Ji, while emphasizing on maintaining positivity in life, said that meditation is a practice that trains us to reach a state of being self-aware and looking within ourselves. Meditation is a rich tradition of ours that transforms the whole life. She said that Parmarth Niketan Ganga Aarti is an excellent confluence of Bhakti Yoga and Dhyan Yoga.
