Muni ki Reti: A person from Gurugram swept away in Ganga river at Dayanand Ghat. According to SDRF Inspector Kavinder Sajwan, on Sunday morning, locals under police station Muni Ki Reti reported a person swept away in the river at Dayanand Ghat. SDRF Dhalwala team and water police reached the spot and search operation is underway. Information was received from the police station at 5:40 am that a person has been swept away in Ganga river from Dayanand Ashram Ghat. On this information, water police and SDRF team reached the spot and search is underway with the help of rescue equipment. The name of the DROWNED person is Srinivasan Gopalan Vardanarajan son of Srinivasan Gopalan, age 47 years, address N-4/28 G F D L F City Phase 2 Gurgaon Haryana. It is being told that he had come to Dayanand Ashram with his 4 other companions. The family members of the deceased have been informed.
