During this, while addressing the people, Home Minister Amit Shah said that in the earlier governments, there used to be migration from Saharanpur, but those who migrated under the BJP government are themselves migrating. He said that when Akhilesh Yadav was the CM, he used to taunt and say that the temple will be built, but will not tell the date. Today, with the efforts of Modi-Yogi, a grand Ram temple is being constructed in Ayodhya. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was also present along with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on this occasion.
At the same time, while addressing the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that where there will be familyism, casteism and dynasty, there will be no development. He said that the decades old demand of Saharanpur famous for handicrafts and industrial activities has been fulfilled today. Now Saharanpur will also have its own university. He said that the previous government did not have a development agenda. Maa Shakumbhari University will be constructed in Saharanpur on 50.43 acres at a cost of 92 crores.
