Noida unit of UP STF busted an illegal embassy running in Ghaziabad and arrested Harsh Vardhan Jain

Ghaziabad:   On 22-7-25, Noida unit of UP STF busted an illegal embassy running in Ghaziabad and arrested Harsh Vardhan Jain son of JD Jain resident of KB 45 Kavinagar Ghaziabad. Harsh Vardhan was running illegal West Arctic Embassy by taking a rented house in KB 35 Kavinagar and calls himself Consul/Ambassador of countries like West Arctica, Saborga, Poulvia, Lodonia etc. and travels in vehicles with diplomatic number plates. He also uses his morphed photos with Prime Minister, President and many other dignitaries to influence people. His main work is to do brokerage in the name of getting work for companies and private individuals in foreign countries and run hawala racket through shell companies.Harsh Vardhan is also known to have been in contact with Chandraswami and Adnan Khagoshi (International Arms Dealer) in the past. It is noteworthy that in 2011, illegal satellite phone was also recovered from Harshvardhan, for which case is registered in Kavinagar police station.

Recovery

2- 12 diplomatic passports of micronation countries

3- Forged documents with the seal of Ministry of External Affairs

4- Two forged PAN cards

5- 34 seals of different countries and companies

6- 2 forged press cards

7- Rs 44,70000 in cash

8- Foreign currency of many countries

Documents of many companies etc.

9- 18 diplomatic number plates

In relation to the above, case has been registered in Kavinagar police station Ghaziabad and further legal action is being taken.
