Neha Joshi, National Vice President BJYM participated in India-NATO Public Policy Dialogue in Brussels
Dehradun: National Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), Neha Joshi from Uttarakhand participated in the India-NATO Public Policy Dialogue held in Brussels. The event was organized in collaboration with NATO, Conrad Adenauer Foundation and Observer Research Foundation. Giving information, Joshi said, she was part of a seven-member delegation representing various political parties of India. The dialogue was an important platform to discuss the global geopolitical perspective, regional security, cyber security, and the growing strategic importance of the Indo-Pacific region.
The program organized high-level meetings at NATO Headquarters, European Parliament and Parliamentary Assembly. These meetings were held with regional representatives, parliamentarians and security experts to discuss new avenues of security and policy cooperation between India and NATO countries. Talking about her participation, Neha Joshi said, “This dialogue underlines India’s global geopolitical role and it is important that we increase partnerships with friendly countries to address emerging challenges like cyber security and regional instability. India’s contribution to global security is important, and NATO countries understand this very well.” This dialogue was considered an important step towards strengthening cooperation between India and NATO and other democratic countries. It will help in deepening India’s strategic vision and contribution to global security.
