Moradabad: ‘Dead’ person found alive after 7 hours in the freezer of the morgue, everyone shocked, investigation ordered

Moradabad: A strange incident has come to light from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, in which a 40-year-old man was kept in the freezer of the morgue for about seven hours. You already know that the minus temperature remains in the freezer. According to the information, the electrician Shrikesh Kumar was hit by a speeding motorcycle, after which he was taken to the district hospital on Thursday night, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The next day the hospital staff kept the body in the freezer. About seven hours later, when after identification of the dead body on a panchanama or document, the signatures of family members were to consent for autopsy, Kumar’s sister-in-law Madhubala noticed her body moving slightly.In a video that has gone viral, Madhubala can be heard saying, ‘He is not dead. how did this happen? Look, he wants to say something, he is breathing.’ Moradabad Chief Medical Superintendent Dr. Shiv Singh said, “The emergency medical officer saw the patient at 3 am when his heart was not beating. He had examined the man several times. After that he was declared brought dead. But in the morning the police team and his family found him alive. An inquiry has been ordered. Our priority now is to save his life.” Singh said that this is one of those rare cases. We cannot call it negligence.
Kumar is now undergoing treatment at a health center in Meerut where his condition has improved. “We will file a complaint of negligence against the doctors as they almost killed Shrikesh by keeping him in the freezer,” the family members said. Everyone is shocked by the incident and remains a topic of discussion in the region. But whether it is a matter of medical science or negligence, it will come to the fore only after investigation.
