Lucknow: An arrest warrant has been issued against Haryana’s famous dancer Sapna Chaudhary. A Lucknow court has issued an arrest warrant against famous dancer Sapna Choudhary. This warrant has been issued in the case of arbitrarily canceling one of their programs and not returning their money to those who bought the tickets. The next hearing of the case will be on November 22. In the related case, Inspector Firoz Khan had filed a case in this regard at the Ashiana police station on October 14, 2018. Apart from Sapna, organizers of the event Junaid Ahmed, Naveen Sharma, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey and Ratnakar Upadhyay were also made accused in this case.

It is alleged in the lawsuit that Haryanvi dancer Sapna Chaudhary had a program of other artists including Sapna from 3 pm to 10 pm at Smriti Upvan on October 13, 2018, for which online and offline tickets were sold for three hundred rupees per person. Thousands of people had come to Smriti Upvan for the program, but when Sapna did not reach the venue till 10 pm, the crowd created a ruckus demanding refund of the ticket money. However, the money was not refunded to them. The court has already rejected the discharge petition of Sapna Choudhary seeking to finish the case in this case. Now the court will frame charges against Sapna and other accused in this case.
