Jaipur: Union Home Minister Amit Shah and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval have reached Jaipur for the three-day All India Conference of Directors General/Inspectors General of Police starting from Friday at Rajasthan International Centre, Jaipur. Union Home Minister Amit Shah attended the 58th Annual All India Conference of Directors General and Inspectors General of Police in Jaipur.

Heads of several agencies and DG-IGs of all states will participate in the conference which is likely to discuss issues like crime against women, cyber crime, technology in policing, counter-terrorism challenges, left-wing extremism and prison reforms, among others. Jaipur is on high-alert for the conference and security arrangements are tight. Modi, Shah and Doval will be in the conference on all three days. After the meeting with officials on January 7, the Prime Minister will leave for Delhi at 4.30 pm.
