Haldwani : Nainital Police issued Posters of 9 miscreants wanted in Banbhulpura violence
Haldwani : Nanital police has issued posters of nine miscreants who are wanted and pasted them on the walls in different places. On 08.02.2024, during the removal of encroachment in Banbhulpura area, cases were registered in Police Station-Banbhulpura in connection with the violent incident of stone pelting, arson and firing on police, administration, municipal corporation and media personnel by the miscreants and the miscreants involved in the incident were arrested. For the arrest of Prahlad Meena IPS, various teams have been formed by SSP Nainital under the supervision of Shri Harbans Singh, SPC Haldwani.
On the basis of CCTV observations and other evidence around the incidents, police teams have so far arrested 42 miscreants and recovered illegal weapons and cartridges from their possession. Posters of 09 wanted rioters involved in the said violent incident have been issued. Posters of miscreants wanted by Nainital Police have been pasted at various places in the city. Police teams are continuously searching for these miscreants in all possible places.
