Famous RJ and social media influencer Simran Singh committed suicide, body found hanging in her flat in Guguram

Gurugram :  Famous RJ and social media influencer Simran Singh committed suicide by hanging herself in a flat in Gurugram. The body of 26-year-old Simran was found hanging from the fan in the room on Wednesday night. Simran was originally from Digyana locality of Jammu district and was living in a rented flat in Sector 47, Gurugram for two years.According to the police, at 10 pm on Wednesday, some people from Sector 47 had informed the control room about a girl hanging herself. Police reached the spot and the body was taken down from the noose and investigated. The girl was identified as 26-year-old Simran Singh. The room was searched, but no suicide note was recovered.

Simran’s family said that Simran was upset for some time, due to which she took this step and did not blame anyone for it. Action was taken on the basis of the written complaint of the family and the post-mortem of the body was done on Thursday morning. The body has been handed over to the family. No case has been registered in this regard.When the people around were questioned, it was found that Simran Singh was living here on rent for two years. She used to work in freelancing there. She also used to make entertaining videos. People told that on Wednesday night her door was closed for a long time, when she was looked through the window, she was seen hanging with the help of a dupatta from the noose.RJ Simran Singh was very active on Instagram. Where she has about 7 lakh followers. She had written ‘Jammu ki Dhadkan’ in her Instagram bio. She had posted a video on December 13, in which she is seen dancing on the beach. In the caption of this video, she had called herself a girl who cannot stop laughing. She also mentioned the gown, which she was wearing at that time. The IO of the case ASI Pradeep Kumar said that the body has been sent for post-mortem and the relatives have been informed. Investigation is being done about why she committed suicide. The relatives also do not know anything about this. It is said that Simran was an RJ in Radio Mirchi. After working there till 2021, she left the job and was currently doing freelancing.
