Dehradun: CDS General Bipin Rawat martyred, three days of state mourning in Uttarakhand
Dehradun : Three days of state mourning has been declared in the state on the death of CDS General Bipin Rawat. There will be state mourning in the state from December 9 to December 11. The national flag will remain at half-mast. Orders were made by the General Administration Department. State mourning orders were issued on behalf of Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman.
General Bipin Rawat was a resident of Pauri district of Uttarakhand. He used to come to Uttarakhand for different programs. Uttarakhand has lost a great man and a patriotic general.
