Dehradun: Roadmap will be prepared keeping in mind the suggestions of the people to make Uttarakhand a leading state by 2025 : CM Dhami

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday held direct and e-dialogue with the people doing commendable work in different areas of the state under the self-reliant Uttarakhand / 25 Bodhisattva: Thought Series at Janata Darshan Hall at the Chief Minister’s residence. During the programm Roadmap will be prepared keeping in mind the suggestions of the people to make Uttarakhand a leading state by 2025 – CM said.  Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that all of us will have to work together to make Uttarakhand a leading state in all fields by 2025. The roadmap for the future will be prepared keeping in mind whatever suggestions will be received from the dignitaries associated with various fields. He said that the nectar that would emerge from this public dialogue, work would be done on the future strategy for the overall development of the state. The Chief Minister said that the geographical conditions of Uttarakhand are different. The state government is making every effort for the all-round development of the state. Keeping in mind every section of the society, schemes are being implemented. The Chief Minister said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the State is getting full cooperation in every field from the Central Government. Air, rail and road connectivity has expanded rapidly in the state with the support of the central government. The state government is paying special attention to health, education, employment, self-employment and other basic needs. The schemes are being implemented keeping in mind every section of the society. The full benefits of the government’s schemes are being passed on to the people standing on the last line of the society.

With a long-term thinking, work is being done in many areas in Uttarakhand.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that with a long-term vision, work is being done in many areas in Uttarakhand. Rejuvenation of rivers and streams. Special attention is being paid to one district, two products, Local for Vocal, for the protection of wildlife, promotion of local products. He appealed to the people that maximum research work should be done on various aspects related to Uttarakhand. Many efforts are being made to stop migration and develop the marginal areas. Effective steps are being taken towards smart policing and cyber security.

Chief Minister received suggestions from people related to different fields
On this occasion, the Chief Minister interacted with the people working in different areas of the state and also took their suggestions. During the interaction, Shri Sanjay Bahuguna of Tehri district suggested that many decorative items are being made from waste materials to convert the waste into best. There should be a collection center for the waste materials. He said that various schemes of the government are being taken to the people of rural areas by his Human Rights Protection Organization.

Anil Dangwal of Uttarkashi said that traditional Gharats are being operated in Nakuri, Uttarkashi. Many women are working in this field. This has also made their livelihood. Such other experiments will also be beneficial for the state. Scientist Dr. Ruchi Badola said that work is being done by him to increase the livelihood of the people living near the forest and protected areas and in the direction of wildlife conservation. Ranjana Kukreti suggested that to prevent migration from the marginal areas of the state, to provide self-employment to women at the local level, to promote agricultural works and to implement land laws in the state. Shri Sabarjit Singh suggested that work should be done by linking education with tourism for reverse migration.

It is necessary to take forward the youth state with youthful thinking- Dr. Anil Prakash Joshi

Padma Bhushan and founder of HESCO Dr. Anil Prakash Joshi said that there is always strength in the collective. The dialogue that the Chief Minister has established with the people of different sections of the society. This will surely bring out nectar for the interest of the state. He said that Uttarakhand has seen many ups and downs in this journey of 21 years. Uttarakhand is a Himalayan state. Himalaya is a new mountain range and Uttarakhand is also a young state. It is necessary to move the youth state forward with youthful thinking. He said that people are impressed by the working style and personality of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dham. He has gained a lot of popularity in a short span of time. He appealed to the people to give maximum suggestions in the initiative which has been started for the overall development of the state.

On this occasion Secretary H.C. Semwal, District Magistrate Dehradun Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar, Director of Planning Department  Manoj Pant, Dr. Durgesh Pant, stage operator Dr. Kanchan Negi and people from all the districts of the state were connected through virtual medium.
