Young IPS officer SP Kamya Mishra resigned from the service

Bihar cadre IPS officer SP Kamya Mishra resigned, said she is not interested in the job. Kamya Mishra made her name famous by doing excellent policing in a short tenure of five years. She is also known as Lady Singham in Bihar. Kamya is a resident of Odisha. She became an IPS officer after completing BA from Delhi University. The 2019 batch IPS officer sent her resignation to the headquarters! She was talking about resigning for the last several months. She used to say repeatedly that she is not interested in the job! She had passed the IPS exam at the age of 22. She has resigned at the age of 28. She cited personal reasons. Currently she was posted as Darbhanga Rural SP. A year ago also she had offered to resign. She is originally from Odisha. She passed the civil services exam in her first attempt. She studied at Delhi University. She got 172nd rank. Initially she was allotted Himachal cadre but later she got transferred to Bihar cadre. She is married to IPS officer Avdhesh Saroj 2021 IPS Cadre Officer.
