Rishikesh/Haldwani : Treatment of 8 injured of Almora bus accident continues in AIIMS Rishikesh. Out of these, condition of 3 injured is still critical. State Urban Development Minister Prem Chand Agarwal and former Chief Minister Harish Rawat reached AIIMS on Tuesday and enquired about the condition of the injured. 6 injured of bus accident in Almora were brought to AIIMS through heli ambulance at different times on Monday. While another injured 25 year old Ashok was also sent to AIIMS late night by road. Giving information about the health condition of the injured, the Public Relations Officer of the institute Sandeep Kumar Singh said that due to injury in the ribs of 4 year old girl Shivani, she will be kept in AIIMS under the supervision of doctors for a few days. He told that according to the doctors treating the injured, among the other injured, the condition of 35-year-old Rahul and 15-year-old Tushar and 25-year-old Akash is more serious. Rahul has injuries in his liver and kidney. Tushar has a deep injury in his head as well as a fracture in his right hand. Both the injured are intubated and both have been kept in the ICU. While Akash has a deep injury in his ribs and his spine is also fractured. Apart from this, another injured 27-year-old Deepak is also in a critical condition due to a head injury. Among the other injured, 19-year-old Akshita and 30-year-old Ashok are out of danger and their treatment is going on. PRO Singh told that another injured 45-year-old Bharat Singh, who was referred from Haldwani Hospital through AIIMS’s heli ambulance on Tuesday afternoon, has been brought to AIIMS for necessary treatment. He has been admitted to the Trauma Emergency of AIIMS.
