Rishikesh: Guest house manager dies in suspicious condition in Tapovan, brother-in-law demands police investigation

Rishikesh : Manager working in Rajasthani guest house died under suspicious circumstances. Police has sent the body for post-mortem. Relatives of the youth, who reached here, have expressed doubts about Rinku’s death and demanded the police to investigate the matter.

Munikireti police station in-charge Inspector Kamal Mohan Bhandari said that Rinku (32 years) son of Sitaram resident of Mahipalpur near IGI airport in South West Delhi was working as manager for the last two months in Rajasthani guest house located at Laxman Jhula Chowk, Tapovan. On Wednesday night, Rinku was found lying unconscious in her room. Who was taken through the emergency service to the government hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead. On information, the police reached the hospital and started investigation.

Guest house operator Anil Rohila told that Rinku used to work in his guest house in Delhi for a long time. For two months now, he had come here at the Rajasthani guest house at Tapovan in Munikireti which comes under Tehri district. After getting information about Rinku’s death, his relatives from Delhi also reached here. Rinku’s brother-in-law Dinesh Goyal told that when he tried to know the exact reason from the guest house operator on reaching here, he did not come forward. Describing Rinku’s death as an unusual death, he has demanded a fair investigation from the police.
