Rishikesh: BJP has given ticket to Speaker and sitting MLA Premchand Agarwal from Rishikesh Assembly for the fourth time

Rishikesh: For the fourth time, the Bharatiya Janata Party has given ticket to the Speaker of the Assembly, Prem Chand Agarwal. Earlier, Agarwal was elected unopposed as the Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in 2017.

Agrawal was elected the Speaker of the Fourth Legislative Assembly of the state. Rishikesh MLA Premchand Agarwal was born on 12 April 1960 in Doiwala. His education was done in Doiwala. He is a post graduate and has also studied law. After the announcement of his name, Agarwal expressed happiness with his staff and supporters and thanked the national leadership. Also said that the people who sent him to the assembly thrice and now for the fourth time the party has given him the ticket with all his heart. I welcome Agarwal has been an MLA for three consecutive terms and this time he will go before the public for the fourth time. Rishikesh assembly seat has always been a safe seat for the Bharatiya Janata Party. What is the result this time, time will tell.

Rishikesh MLA Premchand Agarwal was born on 12 April 1960 in Doiwala. His education was done in Doiwala. He is a post graduate and has also studied law. Aggarwal, who has been associated with the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha from the student council, has been active in social work since his youth. He along with his colleagues had also started a campaign to teach free tuition to poor children. Prem Chand Agarwal won the election from Rishikesh assembly constituency for the first time in 2007. Then in 2012 he won the election and after that in 2017 he has reached the assembly after getting elected once again. Many people were also impressed by the normal way in which Agarwal successfully conducted the fourth assembly.
