PM Modi congratulated people of Uttarakhand on IGAAS festival, Attended programme at Gadhwal MP Baluni’s residence in Delhi

New Delhi: Uttarakhand’s folk festival IGAAS was celebrated in a grand manner at the Delhi residence of Garhwal MP Anil Baluni on the holy festival. During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself reached and congratulated. He also congratulated the people of the Uttarakhand. Along with this, Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev was also present. Igaas festival is celebrated on the 11th day of Diwali. In Garhwal it is called Igaas Bagwal, while in Kumaon it is known as Budhi Diwali. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated and said, Many congratulations to all the countrymen including my family members of Uttarakhand on the occasion of Igaas festival! Today in Delhi, I also got the privilege of attending this festival at the residence of Lok Sabha MP Anil Baluni from Uttarakhand. I wish that this festival brings happiness, prosperity and well-being in everyone’s life. During this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was also present to attend the program at Anil Baluni’s house.
