Narendra Nagar: (Manoj Rautela) An accused has been sentenced to one year in a case of check bounce. The case is of Narendranagar Court. The court of Judicial Magistrate Narendranagar Shrey Gupta has convicted the accused of check bounce and sentenced him to one year imprisonment. A fine of 2 lakh 30 thousand has also been imposed on the accused. The two lawyers who did effective advocacy are Shivam Kakkar and former soldier Jitendra Prasad Raturi. Giving information, advocates Shivam Kakkar and Jitendra Prasad Raturi said that Muni ki Reti resident Surendra Raturi had filed a case in the court of Judicial Magistrate Narendra Nagar on 15 September 2020. Raturi had told the court that he had an old acquaintance with Bachan Lal resident Bandrakot Chinakholi. Bachan Lal had borrowed 1 lakh 80 thousand rupees from him for some work. When the money was asked back, Lal gave a cheque which was of SBI Uttarkashi branch. When the cheque was deposited in the bank account, the bank returned it saying there was insufficient funds. Then the information was given to Bachan Lal. After that he started making excuses. Finally, the plaintiff was forced to seek refuge in the court.
