On this special occasion, he reached his residence in Gandhinagar to meet his mother and took her blessings. Along with this, a road in Gandhinagar will also be named after Hiraba. It will be named Pujya Hiraba Marg. Today is the second day of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Gujarat. PM Modi will dedicate to the countrymen the temple of Kalika Mata built on the top of the hill at Pavagadh in Panchmahal district of Gujarat today. Lakhs of devotees are attached to this historical temple and all are very happy with its revival. Today June 18 is also the 100th birthday of PM Modi’s mother Hiraba. On this special occasion, he reached his residence in Gandhinagar to meet his mother and took her blessings. On this special occasion, a road in Gandhinagar will also be named after Hiraba. This road will be named Pujya Hiraba Marg. The Prime Minister’s younger brother Pankaj Modi said, Hiraba was born on 18 June 1923. Gandhinagar Mayor Hitesh Makwana said that PM Narendra Modi’s mother Hiraba has turned 100. Keeping in view the demand and sentiments of the people on this occasion, 80 meters road from Raisan Petrol Pump will now be known as Pujya Hiraba Marg. Its purpose is to pass on her name to the generations to come. He said that the decision was taken to rename the 80-metre road with an aim to keep the name of Heeraben alive and to pass on the lessons of sacrifice, penance, service and conscientiousness to the generations to come.
