Mumbai : Jacqueline Fernandes’s troubles increased; ED summoned in recovery case, summoned again on December 8

Mumbai :  The troubles of Bollywood actress and Srilankan beauty queen Jacqueline Fernandes have increased in the recovery case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has again summoned him and asked him to join the interrogation on December 8. Earlier on Sunday, the ED had barred Jacqueline from boarding a foreign-bound flight at the Mumbai airport.

They were stopped by immigration officials at the airport after a look out circular notice. She had reached the airport to go to Muscat or Dubai, but after the instructions of the authorities, she returned from there. The ED has fully disclosed the contacts between the mastermind Sukesh Chandrashekhar and Jacqueline Fernandez in the Rs 200 crore recovery case. The ED has said in its charge sheet that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had given expensive gifts worth more than Rs 10 crore to Jacqueline. This includes luxury cars, horses, cats and other expensive accessories. According to ED sources, Nora Fatehi was given a BMW car and an iPhone by Sukesh Chandrasekhar. In total it was more than one crore rupees. According to the ED, Sukesh Chandrashekhar used to talk to Bollywood actress Jacqueline on mobile from Tihar Jail. Sukesh had booked a chartered flight to Chennai after coming out on bail. He had also booked a flight from Mumbai to Delhi for Jacqueline. Sukesh and Jacqueline stayed together in a hotel in Chennai. Sukesh had burnt about 80 million for air travel in a private plane.

The ED had earlier questioned Jacqueline in connection with the money laundering probe against Chandrashekhar and his actress wife Leena Maria Paul. The agency on Saturday filed a charge sheet in the matter before the court. Chandrashekhar, his wife and six others have been named in this. Chandrashekhar is also accused of cheating some influential people like Aditi Singh, wife of Shivinder Mohan Singh, former promoter of Fortis Healthcare. Pic Credit: Internet
