The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) has confirmed this sad news. Rohit Bal was one of the founding members of FDCI and had taken Indian fashion to new heights. Famous fashion designer Rohit Bal was suffering from a heart-related disease since last year. He was kept in ICU. After which today at the age of 63, he said goodbye to this world. Not only the fashion world but the whole country is shocked by the news of his death. The country’s popular fashion designer Rohit Bal was born on May 8, 1961 in Srinagar. He promoted Mughal fashion a lot. Rohit Bal has his stores in many cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Chennai. Rohit was also very famous in the entertainment world. He has designed clothes for many celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, Esha Gupta, Kangana Ranaut, Pooja Hegde. Let us tell you that Rohit also had a heart attack in the year 2010. Fashion designer Rohit Bal has won many awards for his talent. He was given the title of ‘Designer of the Year’ in the International Fashion Awards in 2001 and 2004. At one time, he also had to take the help of a rehab center to get rid of his alcohol addiction.
