The MOU was singed in the presence of Sh. Devendra Fadnavis, Hon\u2019ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Minister of Home, Law and Judiciary, Water Resources and Command Area Development, Energy, Protocol, Govt. of Maharashtra at Mumbai, Maharashtra. \u00a0Fadnavis extended heartfelt congratulations to the management of THDCIL and MREL for the successful signing of this landmark MOU and conveyed full support and cooperation to ensure the effective implementation and early completion of projects. \u00a0R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDC India Limited (THDCIL), conveyed his heartfelt best wishes on this landmark MOU and said that THDCIL, is committed to the sustainable development of the nation through innovative Energy Solutions and leveraging its expertise in executing landmark Power Projects. The signing of this MOU marks a substantial advancement in Maharashtra\u2019s Energy infrastructure and underscores THDCIL\u2019s and MREL\u2019s commitment to advance the Nation\u2019s Renewable Energy capabilities underscoring their commitment to achieve the NetZero targets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The planned projects under this MoU are the Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia (50 kTPA), Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)(500 MWh), Hybrid Solar(250 MW), Solar(500 MW), Floating Solar (250 MW), Wind &amp;amp; Off shore Wind (500 MW) and Self \u2013identified PSPs (2200 MW). The MoU, was signed by\u00a0 Bhupender Gupta, Director (Technical), THDCIL, and .Dr. P.Anbalagan (Chairman),MREL.\u00a0 Bhupender Gupta, Director (Technical), emphasized THDCIL\u2019s steadfast commitment to India\u2019s Clean Energy Goals said that this MOU represents the commitment of THDCIL and MREL to not only advance the Energy Infrastructure of the nation but also a significant step
