Medical examination of all has been done and investigation is going on.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to police sources, the Crime Branch team had received specific information about a liquor party being held at a farmhouse in Karanjveri village of Dharampur taluka of Valsad district. Police confiscated 25 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor worth Rs 15,000 and country liquor wares worth Rs 64,000. A total of 36 lakh rupees worth of goods have been seized along with the vehicles. Police Inspector D.M. Dhol is investigating the matter.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those arrested include Vinod Patel, Sarpanch of Nanakwada village, Deputy Sarpanch of the village and others associated with the ruling party.Bharat Patel, sitting BJP MLA from Valsad assembly constituency, said, Not only Vinod Patel, but there were over one lakh party workers in Valsad assembly constituency. I know Vinod personally, but not only Vinod Patel, but other people who were arrested by the police Don\u2019t know about those. I have no idea about liquor party.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The police raided the party\u2019s Dharampur assembly constituency. BJP MLA from Dharampur Arvind Patel said, Such parties are not new, only those arrested are called criminals. I do not rule out the possibility of deciding the political score \u2013 within or outside the party. Vinod Patel\u2019s political The rival may have informed Valsad police about the liquor party.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Party sources said all those arrested are close to Valsad MLA Bharat Patel. His image will be tarnished if his close confidants in the state are arrested for drinking, someone within the party is trying to cut the wings of Patel, who aspires to contest the assembly elections for the third time in a row.
