Rioters have set fire to the ancestral house of former Sri Lankan PM Mahinda Rajapaksa. Apart from this, the houses of many MPs of the ruling party have been burnt. According to the information, the ancestral house of Mahinda Rajapaksa located in Kurunegala town was set ablaze by the demonstrators on Monday evening. Meanwhile, emergency has been imposed in the country. Ranatunga also said that the rioters were gathered outside the house of MPs by Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna.
