He directed the officers to get the mandate of departmental announcements done by the end of November.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the meeting, Additional Secretary Irrigation Umesh Narayan Pandey, Chief Engineer Irrigation Mukesh Mohan J.L.
