The top court has constituted a five-member committee in this matter. In fact, earlier on Monday, during the hearing itself, the Supreme Court had stayed the investigation being done by Punjab and the central government. Along with this, it was said that the matter will be investigated under the chairmanship of a former Supreme Court judge. Along with this, all the existing investigation committees have been completely banned by the top court. Let us inform that the convoy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who reached Punjab, was stopped by some protesters.
