The court complex is located adjacent to the district commissioner&#8217;s office.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2640 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/nationalvani.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/B2-e1640261513331-300x207.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Police said the blast took place in the washroom on the second floor at around 12.2 pm. Not many people were present at the time of the blast due to the lawyers&#8217; strike. One of the injured has been identified by advocate RS. Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi said that he would reach Ludhiana soon. Channi was quoted as saying, &#8220;There has been an explosion in Ludhiana. I have completed a meeting and I will be going to Ludhiana soon.&#8221; He said that the culprits will not be spared. Amarinder Singh tweeted, &#8220;The news of the blast in Ludhiana Court Complex is disturbing. Sad to learn about the death of two people. Praying for the recovery of the injured.
