On Wednesday, he had resigned from the Gurdwara Management Committee, after which he had decided to leave the Akali Dal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shiromani Akali Dal leader and Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee President Manjinder Singh Sirsa joined BJP on Wednesday in the presence of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. Before joining the BJP, Sirsa had met BJP President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Sirsa has been MLA from Delhi twice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sirsa, while leaving the post of Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, wrote, &#8216;Due to some personal reasons, I am resigning from the post of President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee with immediate effect.&#8217;<\/p>\n<div class=\"natio-after-content\" style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\"
