UP: Gangster of West UP Sanjeev Jeeva murdered outside Lucknow civil court

Lucknow :  A miscreant in the guise of a lawyer opened fire on the criminal Sanjeev Maheshwari Jeeva, who came for hearing in Lucknow’s SST court. The incident is of Wednesday afternoon. Dread shooter Jeeva was seriously injured and then he succumbed to his injuries after a while.

The accused was  caught and handed over to the police. Sanjeev Maheshwari Jeeva was a co-accused in the murder of BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai, in which Mukhtar Ansari is also an accused. He started his career as a compounder and then became a member of the underworld. He was a close associate of Munna Bajrangi, who was shot dead in Baghpat jail in 2018. On the other hand, Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Keshav Prasad Maurya said that if anyone commits murder, he will not survive. The police of Uttar Pradesh will catch him and he will be punished according to the law.
