Mussoorie/Dehradun: Uttarakhand Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi today held a meeting with Water Corporation officials at his camp office to review the progress of various development works being carried out in the Mussoorie assembly constituency. During the meeting, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi directed the Water Corporation officials to complete all ongoing construction works in the assembly constituency within the stipulated time frame and with high quality. He said that the works that are still pending should be completed on a priority basis so that the general public can benefit from the facilities in a timely manner.
Minister Joshi specifically inquired about the progress of the Pathariyapeer drinking water scheme and the Garhi Cantt drinking water scheme and instructed the officials to expedite the work. He said that drinking water schemes are directly related to the general public, therefore, no negligence will be tolerated in this regard. Minister Ganesh Joshi gave clear instructions to the officials that special attention should be paid to the quality of all schemes and that any problems that arise should be resolved promptly.
