Tehri : The Chief Minister of the state, Pushkar Singh Dhami, reached Kandisaud, the block headquarters under Vidhansabha Dhanaulti, and offered prayers at the Nagaraja temple. After this, he laid the foundation stone of 21 schemes costing 1 billion 41 crore 37 lakh in a program organized in the development block office premises. In which 6 schemes of Drinking Water Corporation, 10 of Jal Sansthan, PMGSY II and 2 schemes of PWD and 1 scheme of Rural Works Department are included.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that since the time he got the opportunity to serve the public as Chief Sevak, our government is doing development work in various areas. He said that to connect the youth with employment, the recruitment process has started on 24000 vacant posts in various departments, as well as camps are being organized in every district to connect the youth with self-employment, loans to all the youth under the Chief Minister’s Self-employment Scheme. are being distributed. The Chief Minister said that many people had to face problems due to Corona, gave a road package of 200 crores for the people associated with tourism. He said that the government has decided that one year relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to the applicants in the government recruitment process. Also, the application fee of various recruitments will be waived till March 2022.

The Chief Minister said that loans up to Rs.05 lakh are being given without interest to the sisters of the state working in different areas through livelihood mission, self-help groups, clusters. Along with this, the honorarium of village heads has been increased from Rs 1500 to Rs 3500. The Chief Minister said that keeping in mind every section of the society, many public welfare schemes are being run in the state.
