Since time immemorial, the only center of religious beliefs, faith and devotion is situated in the holy land of Shri Bhagwan Badrivishal and Shri Mandir Badrinath Dham / Shri Kedarnath Dham (Uttarakhand). The religious importance and belief of Shri Bhoomi and Shri Dham is described in Sanatan religious texts. Not only the country, but the followers of Sanatan Dharma from all over the world keep visiting the Dham continuously to attain virtue. It has been known from various Sanatan Dharma followers, social media etc. that the temple, sanctum sanctorum etc. are completely a replica of the temple of Shri Badrinath Dham and other temples of Panchkedar. The proposed temples are being promoted as Shri Badrinath Dham / Kedarnath Dham / Panchkedar and by distorting religious beliefs, sentiments and Sanatan faiths, its programs are being presented as the real Shri Badrinath Dham and Kedarnath Dham, which is against any law and beliefs.

The Shri Badrinath Temple / Panch Kedar Temples proposed by these organizations have neither any religious or mythological belief nor any reasonable reason, which appears to have been built only for personal gain. The construction of Shri Badrinath Temple, making a replica of Shri Mandir and Shri Kedarnath Dham in the construction and promoting it as Dham and propagating the religious faith, beliefs of Shri Dhams in favor of this temple is not only an offence of hurting the faith of religious Sanatan Dharma followers but is also a punishable offense under the provisions of the Indian Justice Code 2023, for which the institution expects civil and criminal judicial action against the above trusts. In the notice, it has been asked to present its side by providing documents / information related to the purpose, activities and legality of the trusts within two weeks. In case of not doing so, a warning of legal action has been given. BKTC Media Incharge Dr. Harish Gaur said in a press release that the temple committee has sent legal notices to the addresses of the concerned trusts.
