Shree Kedarnath: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi on 3-day visit to Uttarakhand, offered special worship to Baba Kedar – Joshimath News in HindiKedarnath. Congress leader and Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi is on a 3-day visit to Uttarakhand from Sunday. Rahul Gandhi reached Jolly Grant Airport from Delhi. After this came to Kedarnath via helicopter.
Rahul Gandhi reached Kedarnath and offered special worship to Baba Kedar. After that he met the devotees and Panda priests. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the devotees to see a glimpse of Rahul Gandhi. Tight security arrangements have been made at Kedarnath Dham regarding Rahul Gandhi’s visit. Rahul Gandhi’s Kedarnath visit is completely personal. Rahul Gandhi will leave for Delhi from Kedarnath on Tuesday afternoon. Due to personal visit, there is no scheduled meeting of Rahul Gandhi with party leaders and workers.
Rahul Gandhi has come to Kedarnath for the second time after 8 years. Earlier in the year 2015, Rahul Gandhi had come to Kedarnath on foot. It has not been disclosed in which Dharamshala Rahul Gandhi will stay in Kedarpuri. According to party sources, some Dharamshalas have been reserved in advance. Rahul Gandhi’s Kedarnath Dham Yatra is considered to be a personal and spiritual journey. Regarding this, no program has been issued by AICC or Rahul Gandhi’s office.
