Russian President Vladimir Putin arrives on a two-day visit to India, PM Modi personally receives him at the airport

New Delhi: Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in New Delhi on Thursday evening for a two-day visit to India. PM Modi welcomed the Russian President at Palam Airport. The two leaders broke protocol for each other. A music and dance program was organized at the airport in Putin’s honor. Several top officials were present. After the welcome ceremony, President Putin left in a car with PM Modi. This is Putin’s first visit to India since the Ukraine war. President Putin will hold bilateral talks with PM Modi today. Afterward, Putin will attend a private dinner at PM Modi’s residence. Both countries have high hopes for this visit. India has been talked about acquiring a nuclear submarine.
