Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s big statement, if Ukraine surrenders, we are ready for talks

New Delhi :  There is still a war is going on between Russia and Ukraine. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has given a big statement. He said that once the Ukrainian army stops fighting, we are ready for talks.
