Roorkee: 107 pilgrims from Pakistan reached Piran Kaliar to participate in Urs, 2 embassy officials also included, Ganga Water and Bhagwat Geeta will be presented to all


Roorkee: These days the 755th Urs of Hazrat Makhdoom Alauddin Ali Ahmed Sabir Pak is going on in Piran Kaliyar of Roorkee. Pilgrims from Pakistan have also arrived to participate in the Urs. This year a 107-member group from Pakistan reached Roorkee. The Pakistani contingent reached Roorkee by Lahori Express.

After which the administrative officials from the railway station reached Piran Kaliar with the pilgrims in buses. Accommodation arrangements for all the pilgrims have been made at Sabri Guest House. Every year pilgrims from Pakistan come to attend the fair organized in Piran Kaliyar. Pakistani pilgrims first visit the Dargah of Baba Faridganj Shakar located in Pak Pattan. After that leave for Kaliyar. This group will stay in Kaliyar for about a week. Strict security arrangements have been made for Pakistani pilgrims. From the intelligence department to the police administration and the district administration are completely alert. GRP SP Aruna Bharti said that this time 105 Pakistani pilgrims have come to participate in Kaliyar Urs. In which two embassy officials are also included with him. After checking, they were put in buses and sent to Sabri Guest House in Piran Kaliyar.
He told that these people will stay here for about a week and after that will leave for their country in October. All preparations have been made for security. On the other hand, Waff Board Chairman Shadab Shams has talked about giving a special gift to the Pakistani pilgrims who came to attend the 755th Urs of Hazrat Makhdoom Alauddin Ali Ahmed Sabir Pakistan this year. Shadab Shams said that Urs is starting in Kaliyar Sharif, the holy religious place of Muslim religion. In which people from every corner of India are coming to the Urs of Dargah Shabir Pak Kaliyar.
Along with this, 107 pilgrims have also arrived from Pakistan. To whom Ganga water and Bhagwat Geeta will be presented for the purpose of giving love and respect. Waqf Board Chairman Shadab Shams said that with the aim of sending the message of love between India and Pakistan, the holy scriptures Bhagwat Geeta and Ganga Jali will be presented in the temples of Pakistan by 150 crore followers of Sanatani tradition.
