Rishikesh : Two Jharkhand based real brothers arrested for duping people from ISBT

Rishikesh : Police have arrested two real brothers who cheated women and elders. Police have recovered Rs 33,500 and Aadhar card from their possession. This action has been taken jointly by the team of Police and SOG. According to the Rishikesh Police Station, two months ago, Double Singh Rawat residents of village and post Ganga Bhogpur, Chila, Yamkeshwar, Pauri Garhwal gave a complaint to the police. He Told that in Rishikesh market two persons asked him the address of a doctor. In the meantime, one of them, pretending to be a priest of Vrindavan, fraudulently escaped with an amount of 32 thousand rupees and papers kept in his bag. On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case of fraud and started investigation. The footage of CCTV cameras was thoroughly scrutinized. The police got success in the case on Thursday, on the information of the informer, two persons were arrested by the police nesarby ISBT.

In police custody, the accused confessed to cheating. Senior sub-inspector DP Kala has identified the arrested accused as Amjad Ansari and Kabir Ansari both sons of Mohiuddin, resident of village Gopalpur Mohar Tola police station Thakurgangti district Goda, Jharkhand. Both the accused were produced before the court and sent to jail.
