Punjab : BJP will fight with Amarinder Singh’s party, decision on seat sharing will soon

Punjab/New Delhi : Captain Amarinder Singh has formally announced an alliance with the BJP for the Punjab Assembly elections. Former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh’s party Punjab Lok Congress [PLC] has decided to contest the assembly elections in alliance with BJP.
On Friday, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh met Union Minister and Punjab BJP in-charge Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. After the meeting, Shekhawat said that after our talks today, I can say that it is certain that we will fight the elections together. The seat allotment will be informed in due course. At the same time, Amarinder said that we will win 100 percent.
After resigning from Congress, former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh is starting his new political innings in Punjab. In this regard, he has also formed the Punjab Lok Congress Party. The Captain has full emphasis that he will show the way to the Congress out of power in the 2022 elections. In this election, Captain Amarinder Singh has announced to enter the fray with the Bharatiya Janata Party and Shiromani Akali Dal (United).
