Nepal :People Demanding Old Police Uniform after Home Minister Order to change

Kathmandu : (Timaya Gurang) : After coming Balen Shah Govt. in Nepal many decisions are being taken and some are to be changed. So, following the Home Minister’s announcement regarding a change in the Nepal Police uniform, discussions concerning the old uniform—which is deeply intertwined with the identity and dignity of the police force—have resurfaced. In light of the Home Minister’s plan to modify the uniform, many are now suggesting that this blue combat uniform be reinstated.
This uniform is comfortable to wear on duty, visually appealing, and has successfully garnered the trust of the general public; it is, therefore, well-suited for the police force. Mr. Home Minister, the public sentiment—that this old uniform, widely regarded as a symbol of police pride, should be brought back into use—deserves to be duly appreciated. Many people like Sher Bahadur Thapa from kathmandu and Anisha Prachand and many other youths are demanding to return with old uniforms. That was very catchy and looks smooth. Which was also comfortable to wear. Looks good…etc. Even in Social Media platforms many demanding old uniform.
Now, Nepal Police uniforms will be manufactured not in cities, but in villages!Home Minister Sudhan Gurung states that this will create new employment opportunities in rural areas. This initiative will not only strengthen the local economy but also help make villages self-reliant.
