Munikireti : Swachh Survekshan 2021: Munikireti Palika reigns for the fourth time, Municipality ranked first in the state and 11th in the country

Rishikesh : In the Swachh Survekshan 2021, Nagar Palika Parishad, Munikireti-Dhalwala has maintained its supremacy in the state for the fourth time in a row. Under this, the municipality has got the first place in the state and 11th in the country, as well as the municipality has got one star in the garbage free rating. After which there is an atmosphere of happiness in the municipality, Municipal President Roshan Raturi and EO BP Bhatt have given the credit of this achievement to the employees of the municipality and the people of the area.
The results of Swachh Survekshan 2021 conducted by the Government of India were declared on Saturday. In the Swachh Survekshan 2020 last year, Municipal Council Munikireti-Dhalwala had secured 12th position across the country. This time the municipality has further improved its ranking and has got 11th position in the country. Like the last four years in the state, Municipal Council Munikireti-Dhalwala has maintained its supremacy. Municipal President Roshan Raturi said that due to the hard work of all the employees of the civic body and the cooperation of the people of the area, the municipality has secured the first position in the Swachh Survekshan 2021 for the fourth time in the state. EO BP Bhatt said that the municipality will continue to strive for better performance in future also. He told that on the basis of cleanliness, the rank is decided in it.
