Kashmir: Woman arrested for throwing petrol bomb at CRPF bunker in Sopore

Srinagar: The woman who allegedly hurled a petrol bomb at a CRPF bunker in Jammu and Kashmir’s Sopore town was arrested on Thursday. Kashmir region IGP Vijay Kumar told reporters that the arrested woman has been identified as Haseena Akhtar, an overground worker (OGW) of the banned Lashkar outfit. He hurled a petrol bomb at a CRPF bunker in Sopore, injuring a policeman and a CRPF jawan, he said.

There are three FIRs registered against him under UAPA, he said.
