Delhi: Sachin Pilot criticized the BJP-led Center regarding Manipur, said- the situation was allowed to deteriorate

New Delhi: Criticizing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led central government over the way it handled the situation in violence-hit Manipur, Congress leader Sachin Pilot alleged that the situation in the state was allowed to “degenerate”. He questioned why Prime Minister Narendra Modi was not holding a “real” all-party meeting on this. The Congress leader also hit out at Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh, saying he had lost the moral and political right to rule the state.
