New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he does not want to be in power but only in the service of the people. Talking to a beneficiary of Ayushman Bharat scheme today, Modi asked about its benefits in his monthly radio program Mann Ki Baat. The beneficiary said that I have benefited a lot, I always want to see you in power. On this, Modi said that you do not wish me the best of being in power, I am not in power even today and do not want to go to power in future also. I only want to be in service, for me this post, this prime minister, all these things are not only for power, but for service.

He said that Ayushman Bharat scheme is only for the betterment of the poor. While talking to the beneficiary, he said that ask the people around you to get the card of Ayushman Bharat done so that the family does not know when the trouble comes and it is not right if the poor are troubled due to medicines today. Now because of money, if they do not take medicine or do not take the remedy of the disease, then this is also a matter of great concern.

Modi expressed happiness by meeting the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the Ayushman Bharat scheme has become a huge support for the poor and when he talks to its beneficiaries, he feels a different kind of happiness. Modi, in the 83rd episode of his monthly radio program Mann Ki Baat, said that when people get the benefits of the government’s public interest schemes and experience happiness in their lives, they feel very happy and different. Kind of happiness is felt.

He spoke to Rajesh Prajapati, the beneficiary of this scheme who told that if he did not have Ayushman card, he might not have survived due to lack of treatment. He said that he had to undergo a heart surgery and the cost of treatment was too high. When the doctors told that due to this card, their treatment would be free, they were very happy. During this, Modi spoke to Sukhdevi, who was troubled by the problem of knees, who told Modi, “I am Sukhdevi from Danadpara Mathura. My knee was damaged but I have done knee operation in Prayag Hospital through this card. I am 40 years old and I got this disease only from 15-16 years. They say gout-bye, got treatment everywhere but to no avail from anywhere. I have got treatment through Ayushman card. There was a meeting in the school. When our husband came to know from there, he got the card made in my name. Then got the treatment done by card, and I didn’t put any money. I have been treated with the card itself. It’s been a great treatment.”

Modi asked that if the card was not there, how much the doctor had told, then Sukhdevi said, “Rs 2.5 lakh, Rs 3 lakh. Earlier I was not used to lift me but now I move around a lot. I also do kitchen work. I do housework I cook and give food to the children. Thank you very much because of your plan got cured, got back on my feet.” The Prime Minister said that health is the biggest happiness in life, this is the spirit of Ayushman Bharat.
