Dehradun: On the instructions of the CM Dhami, proposals for industries up to 50 crores will now be approved by the District Level Authorized Committee
It will help in promoting industries in the state
- Only proposals for industrial plant and machinery items worth more than 50 crores will be referred to the State Level Authorized Committee
Dehradun: On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, now amending the Uttarakhand Enterprise Single Window Ease of Licensing and Licensing Rules under the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in relation to the jurisdiction of the authorized committees in the presently applicable system for the establishment of industries in the state.
In Plant and Machinery item, instead of Rs. 10.00 crores, up to Rs. 50.00 crores, district level authorized committee and in place of Rs. 10.00 crores, more than Rs. 50.00 crores to the state level authorized committee to give permission/approval. Arrangements have been made for authorization. In this regard, a mandate has also been issued by Secretary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Amit Negi. This will help in promoting industries in the state.
