Dehradun: A delegation led by Claudio Raccnello, Executive Director of Swiss Education Group met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at Chief Minister’s residence on Tuesday. On this occasion, discussions were held for the youth in the state for training related to tourism and hotel business.

The Chief Minister said that the state has immense potential in the field of tourism. In this direction, there is a need to promote skills among the youth here. He said that in order to train the youth in the field of tourism and hotel business, if some good trainers can be arranged from Switzerland, then work should be done in this direction. Necessary resources for training in the state will be arranged by the government. By getting good facilities of certificate courses to the youth, their skills will get a boost.

The Chief Minister said that under the National Education Policy-2020, help should also be taken from the Swiss Education Group for better vocational courses for class 11th and 12th students in the state. A detailed plan should be made for better vocational education to the students. Attention should be paid to promote tourism as well as adventure activities in the state. The Chief Minister said that if any delegation from Switzerland wants to come to promote the activities of tourism, education and adventure tourism in the state, they will be fully supported by the government in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. Executive Director of Swiss Education Group, Claudio Racanello Said that there is a lot of scope to work in the field of spiritual activities in Switzerland. If experts in this field from Uttarakhand work in centers based on spiritual activities there, then there are many possibilities to work in it. He said that every possible effort will be made to fulfill whatever cooperation is sought from the state. On this occasion, Swami Abhay Das, Surya Pratap Singh, Secretary Shailesh Bagoli, Ravinath Raman, Sachin Kurve, Dr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey, Director General Education Banshidhar Tiwari was present.
