Indore: Cartoonist of the city commented against the Prime Minister, police registered FIR


Indore: A cartoonist in Indore commented on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his Facebook account. Taking objection on which the city president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha has complained in the police station. Police registered a case against the cartoonist. Commenting on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his Facebook account cost a cartoonist dearly. Police registered a case on the complaint of BJP leaders. The cartoonist had commented on the demise of the Prime Minister’s mother. Baba Ramdev had also filed a case against this cartoonist.

Indore-based cartoonist Henmat Malviya commented on his Facebook account after the death of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother. When the city president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Saugat Mishra came to know about this, he registered his objection before the police officers. After this he reached Sanyogitaganj police station. He said in his complaint that he was sitting in the BJP office. Then some workers came there and mentioned the indecent remarks made by Hemmat about the Prime Minister’s mother. Many workers are angry with the remarks about the person sitting on the constitutional post of the country and his family. After this, Sanyogitaganj police has registered a case against Sudama Nagar resident Henmat Malviya under Section-188. Mishra said that even in the past, leaders associated with BJP used to post objectionable things and cartoons on social media regarding Hindu religion. Police should take strict action against him. At present the police have not arrested Hemmat.
Henmat also made cartoons of Baba Ramdev and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the song Besharam Rang from the film Pathan. Apart from this, he also posted a photo of Baba Ramdev. In this case too, Baba Ramdev had filed a complaint against Hemat.
