Bangkok: In the Bangkok World Hindu Conference, the words ‘Hindutva’ and ‘Hinduism’ were adopted by abandoning ‘Hinduism’

Bangkok: The 3rd World Hindu Congress (WHC) here adopted a declaration saying the term Hindutva is more accurate as it includes all the meanings of the word Hindu. The World Hindu Conference on Friday adopted the terms Hindutva and Hinduism to refer to Sanatan Dharma. Along with this, he argued for abandoning the word Hinduism (Hinduism) saying that this word reflects oppression and discrimination.
