Actress Sushmita Sen is dating Lalit Modi, shared photos and said – one day we will also get married
New Delhi : Former Indian Premier League (IPL) president Lalit Modi on Thursday revealed that he is dating Bollywood star and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen. The London-based founder of IPL revealed his relationship with the Sen official in a post on his Twitter account.

56-year-old Modi wrote, “Through the post Lalit wrote that he is back in London after doing a global tour. He went to Maldives and Sardinia with family. He called Sushmita Sen his better half. Soon after the tweet was shared, speculations about Modi and Sen’s wedding started on social media. In a follow-up post, the businessman clarified that they are just “dating”. He wrote, “Just for clarity. Not married – just dating each other. That too will happen one day.” Sen, 46, is yet to confirm her relationship with Modi. She had announced her separation from model-actor Rohman Shawl in December last year.
If Lalit Modi marries Sushmita Sen, it will be his second marriage. His first marriage was on 17 October 1991 to Minal, who was 9 years older than him. Before marrying Lalit Modi, Minal had become the mother of a daughter named Karima. Modi also adopted Karima. Modi got Karima married to Gaurav Burman. Gaurav is the son of Dabur Group owner Vivek Burman and Monica Burman. Gaurav’s brother Mohit Burman is also the co-owner of the IPL team Kings XI Punjab. Minal and Lalit Modi’s son’s name is Ruchir. The two also have a daughter named Alia.
